IPad mini 3 is much better than Microsoft Surface Pro 8, with a global score of 77.5 against 64.8. IPad mini 3 has iOS 8.x OS, and Microsoft Surface Pro 8 works with Windows 11 OS. IPad mini 3's construction is thinner and much lighter than Microsoft Surface Pro 8.
