Comparison review

Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 is much better than the Galaxy Tab 8.9, with a 65.5 score against 58.1. Despite being the best portable tablet in this comparison review, Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1's body is a little thicker and noticeably heavier than the Galaxy Tab 8.9. These tablets have Android OS, but Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 has the newer 3.2 version while Galaxy Tab 8.9 has Android 3.0, so it offers some nice extra features and optimized performance.

The Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 features a quite better performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 also has a graphics processor. Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 counts with a little bit better looking display than Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1, because although it has a little smaller screen, and they both have an equal resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 also counts with a bit more pixels per inch in the display.

The Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 has a very superior camera than Galaxy Tab 8.9, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same (HD) video resolution, the Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 also has a camera in the back with a much better resolution. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 features as much storage capacity to install applications and games as Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1, both have equal 64 GB internal memory capacity.

The Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 counts with better battery life than Galaxy Tab 8.9, because it has a 17 percent bigger battery size.

In addition to being the best tablet in our current comparison, Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 is also very cheap compared to the other tablets, making this tablet a no doubt choice.
