Comparison review

The Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 is slightly better than the Google Nexus 7, having a 62.6 score against 59.3. The Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 construction is somewhat thinner but heavier than the Google Nexus 7, and both of them were released only a couple of months apart. Both of these devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 has the older 4.0 version and Google Nexus 7 has Android 5.1.

The Google Nexus 7 has a little more vivid screen than Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2, because although it has a quite smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 800 x 1280, the Google Nexus 7 also counts with a just a bit greater number of pixels in each screen inch. The Google Nexus 7 and Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 have extremely similar storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos, they have exactly the same internal memory capacity.

The Google Nexus 7 counts with just a bit better processing power than Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2, because although it has a worse 416 MHz graphics co-processor, and they both have a 1 GB RAM memory, the Google Nexus 7 also counts with a larger number of cores (and also faster). The Google Nexus 7 counts with just a little bit longer battery life than Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2, because it has a 9 percent more battery capacity.

The Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 shoots a lot better photographs and videos than Google Nexus 7.

Although Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Google Nexus 7, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Google Nexus 7. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Google Nexus 7, resigning a couple specs and features.
