Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 is a little bit better than the Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2, having a general score of 66.2 against 62.6. These devices have Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 has newer 4.4.2 version while Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 has Android 4.0 version.
