Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has an overall score of 75.2, which is much better than the Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2's global score of 62.6. Both tablets in this review come with Android OS, but Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has 4.4.2 version while Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 has Android 4.0, so it provides some additional features and performance optimizations. The Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 construction is a lot newer, lighter and somewhat thinner than Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2.
Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 features a better processing power than Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2, because although it has a worse 450 MHz GPU, it also counts with a greater amount of RAM memory and more processing cores. Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has an incredibly better looking screen than Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2, because it has a quite bigger screen, a much greater pixels amount per inch in the display and a way better resolution of 2560 x 1600px.
Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 takes better pictures and videos than Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2, because it has a lot higher 1920x1080 video resolution and a back facing camera with a lot higher resolution. The Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has a very superior memory capacity for games and applications than Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 also has a SD extension slot that allows up to 64 GB.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has superior battery life than Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2, because it has 4800mAh of battery capacity instead of 3960mAh.
In addition to being the best tablet between the ones we are comparing here, the Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 is also cheap compared to the Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2.
