IPod Touch 5th Generation is a newer device, and it is also much thinner and extremely lighter than the Motorola Xoom 2. IPod Touch 5th Generation comes with iOS 7.x OS, and Motorola Xoom 2 counts with Android 3.2 OS.
IPod Touch 5th Generation has a bit better processing power than Motorola Xoom 2, because although it has less RAM memory, and they both have 2 processing cores, the iPod Touch 5th Generation also counts with an additional graphics processing unit. IPod Touch 5th Generation counts with a brighter screen than Motorola Xoom 2, because although it has a really smaller screen and a little bit worse resolution of 1136 x 640px, it also counts with a lot more pixels per inch of display.
