The Apple iPad 4 is way better than Motorola XOOM CDMA, having a 70.8 score against 57.3. Apple iPad 4 has iOS 7.x operating system, and Motorola XOOM CDMA counts with Android 4.0 operating system. The Apple iPad 4 body is a bit lighter and much thinner than the Motorola XOOM CDMA.
