The Lenovo ThinkPad 10 is a noticeably newer tablet, and it is also noticeably thinner and lighter than Motorola XOOM CDMA. The Lenovo ThinkPad 10 counts with Windows Phone 8.1 operating system, while Motorola XOOM CDMA works with Android 4.0 operating system.

The Lenovo ThinkPad 10 counts with a much better looking screen than Motorola XOOM CDMA, and although they both have a same size display, the Lenovo ThinkPad 10 also has a way greater display pixel density and a lot better resolution of 1920 x 1200. The Lenovo ThinkPad 10 has a quite better hardware performance than Motorola XOOM CDMA, because it has a higher number of cores and 1 GB more RAM.
