Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) is much better than Motorola XOOM CDMA, having a general score of 75.8 against 57.3. These tablets use Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) has newer 4.4.2 version and Motorola XOOM CDMA has Android 4.0. The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) body is a lot newer, way lighter and noticeably thinner than the Motorola XOOM CDMA.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) counts with an incredibly better looking display than Motorola XOOM CDMA, and although they both have a same size display, the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) also has a lot higher pixels density and a way better 1600 x 2560 pixels resolution. Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) features a much better performance than Motorola XOOM CDMA, because it has more RAM memory, a higher number of cores and an additional GPU.

The Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) features a slightly better storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Motorola XOOM CDMA, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) also has a slot for an SD memory card that admits up to 64 GB.

Motorola XOOM CDMA captures slightly better videos and photos than Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014), although it has a lot lower 5 mega-pixels resolution camera in the back and a lot lower (HD) video quality. The Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) has a much better battery life than Motorola XOOM CDMA.
