Galaxy Note 8.0 is much better than the Motorola XOOM CDMA, with a 69.2 score against 57.3. Both of these tablets use Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Note 8.0 has 4.4.2 version while Motorola XOOM CDMA has Android 4.0. The Galaxy Note 8.0 construction is newer, way lighter and notably thinner than Motorola XOOM CDMA.
