Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) is just a bit better than Motorola XOOM CDMA, getting a 61.4 score against 57.3. Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) is a newer tablet device, and it's also lighter and a lot thinner than Motorola XOOM CDMA. Both of these devices use Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) has a more recent 4.1 version and Motorola XOOM CDMA has Android 4.0 version.
Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1)'s processor is very similar to the Motorola XOOM CDMA one, both of them have a 1 GB RAM memory and 2 cpu cores. Motorola XOOM CDMA and Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) count with very similar screens, they have the same pixel density, the same exact 800 x 1280 resolution and a display with the same size.
Motorola XOOM CDMA features a very superior storage capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), because although it has an external SD slot that allows up to 32 GB against 64 GB, it also counts with 24 GB more internal memory. Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) counts with a much better battery duration than Motorola XOOM CDMA.
The Motorola XOOM CDMA counts with a slightly better camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), and although they both have the same 1280x720 video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Motorola XOOM CDMA also has a way more MP camera in the back.
