The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has an overall score of 60.8, which is a bit better than the Motorola XOOM CDMA's 57.3 score. Both tablets in this review use Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has newer 4.1.2 version and Motorola XOOM CDMA has Android 4.0, providing you a couple additional features and improved performance. Although the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus and Motorola XOOM CDMA were only released with a couple of months difference, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is way lighter and incredibly thinner.
Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus features a little faster processor than Motorola XOOM CDMA. They have 2 cores and 1 GB of RAM. Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus features a little sharper display than Motorola XOOM CDMA, because although it has a lot lower 600 x 1024px resolution and a much smaller display, it also counts with a just a little higher pixels density.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus features just a bit more memory for games and applications than Motorola XOOM CDMA, and although they both have equal internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus also has an external SD slot that admits up to 64 GB. The Motorola XOOM CDMA captures way better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, and although they both have the same video definition and the same video frame rate, the Motorola XOOM CDMA also has a back facing camera with a way higher resolution.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has a really longer battery performance than Motorola XOOM CDMA.
