The iPad 2 has a general score of 58.6, which is a bit better than the Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi's 55.1 score. IPad 2's design is lighter and thinner than the Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, although both were released with only 1 months difference. The iPad 2 works with iOS 7.x operating system, while Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi counts with Android 4.1.2 operating system.

The Apple iPad 2 counts with a little faster processing unit than Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, and they both have a Dual-Core processing unit, the Apple iPad 2 also counts with a graphics co-processor.
