Comparison review
The Apple iPad mini is just a bit better than the OSCAL Pad 15, getting a 68.1 score against 64.4. The Apple iPad mini construction is just a little thinner and a lot lighter than OSCAL Pad 15. Apple iPad mini has iOS 8.x OS, while OSCAL Pad 15 comes with Android 13 OS. OSCAL Pad 15 counts with a better performing processing unit than iPad mini, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with 6 more cores and 7,5 GB more RAM memory.
