Samsung ATIV Tab 3 is slightly better than Apple iPad 2, getting a score of 65 against 62.1. Samsung ATIV Tab 3 is a incredibly newer tablet, and it is also a little bit lighter and just a bit thinner than the Apple iPad 2. The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 works with Windows 8 operating system, and Apple iPad 2 comes with iOS 7.x operating system.
Samsung ATIV Tab 3 features a brighter screen than iPad 2, because it has a just a bit more pixels per display inch, a bit higher resolution of 768 x 1366 pixels and a little bit larger display. IPad 2 has as much memory to install games and applications as the Samsung ATIV Tab 3, and although the iPad 2 has no slot for an SD memory card, they both have the same 64 GB internal storage.
Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has just a little better processing power than iPad 2, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, and they both have a Dual-Core CPU, the Samsung ATIV Tab 3 also counts with a higher amount of RAM. IPad 2 has a very superior battery duration than Samsung ATIV Tab 3.
Apple iPad 2 shoots much clearer photographs and videos than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, although it has a way lower video definition and a back camera with way less MP resolution.
Samsung ATIV Tab 3 not only is the best tablets in our comparison, but it's also by far the cheapest one, which makes this tablet an obvious call.
