Comparison review
Samsung Ativ Tab is a bit better than the iPad 2, with a 66.7 score against 62.1. Samsung Ativ Tab has Windows RT operating system, while iPad 2 comes with iOS 7.x operating system. The Samsung Ativ Tab body is newer and just a bit lighter than the iPad 2's, but it's also a little bit thicker. Samsung Ativ Tab has a bit more powerful processor than Apple iPad 2, and although they both have a 400 megahertz GPU and the same number of cores, the Samsung Ativ Tab also has more RAM memory.
Samsung Ativ Tab has a bit more vivid screen than Apple iPad 2, because it has a little larger screen, a quite better resolution of 768 x 1366 pixels and a just a little greater screen pixels density. The Samsung Ativ Tab has a very superior storage capacity to store more apps and games than iPad 2, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Samsung Ativ Tab also has a slot for an external memory card that allows a maximum of 64 GB.
The Samsung Ativ Tab features better battery life than Apple iPad 2, because it has an 8200mAh battery capacity instead of 6944mAh. Apple iPad 2 features a little bit better camera than Samsung Ativ Tab, although it has a back facing camera with a much lower resolution and a lower (HD) video definition.
The Samsung Ativ Tab is more expensive than the iPad 2, but you can get a better tablet for that few extra dollars.
