IPad Air has an overall score of 77.9, which is much better than Samsung Ativ Tab's global score of 66.7. IPad Air has iOS 8.x OS, while Samsung Ativ Tab comes with Windows RT OS. The iPad Air design is newer, somewhat lighter and thinner than Samsung Ativ Tab. The iPad Air features just a little better hardware performance than Samsung Ativ Tab, because although it has less RAM, and they both have 2 processing cores, the iPad Air also counts with a better graphics processing unit running at 600 MHz and a 64 bits processing unit.
IPad Air features a much more vibrant display than Samsung Ativ Tab, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a much higher display density and a much higher resolution of 1536 x 2048px. IPad Air shoots way better pictures and videos than Samsung Ativ Tab, and although they both have a camera in the back with a 5 MP, the iPad Air also has a way higher 1920x1080 video definition.
The iPad Air counts with a slightly better memory capacity for games and applications than Samsung Ativ Tab, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 64 GB more internal storage. The Apple iPad Air has just a bit better battery lifetime than Samsung Ativ Tab, because it has an 8820mAh battery capacity.
The iPad Air not only is the best devices in our comparison, but it's also a bargain compared to others.
