Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) is much better than the iPod Touch (2019), with a 75.8 score against 66.9. Although the Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) is better than the iPod Touch (2019), it must be noted that it is also older, a lot thicker and incredibly heavier.
