Although it's the best in our current comparison, we must highlight that it's also older, just a little bit thicker and notably heavier.

Huawei MediaPad X2 features a bit faster processor than Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014), because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, and they both have a 3 GB RAM memory, the Huawei MediaPad X2 also counts with a 64-bit processing unit and a greater number of cores. Huawei MediaPad X2 has a bit better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014), because although it has a lot smaller screen and a way lower 1920 x 1200 resolution, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per display inch.

Huawei MediaPad X2 has just a bit bigger memory for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014), and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the Huawei MediaPad X2 also has a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 128 GB. The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) counts with a superior battery performance than Huawei MediaPad X2, because it has 8220mAh of battery capacity instead of 5000mAh.

The Huawei MediaPad X2 has just a bit better camera than Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014), and although they both have the same video quality and the same video frame rates, the Huawei MediaPad X2 also has a back camera with lot more mega-pixels.

Although Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Huawei MediaPad X2, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Huawei MediaPad X2. If you want to save some dollars, you can buy Huawei MediaPad X2, giving up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most with your savings.
