Both tablets in this comparison review include Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) has a newer 4.4.2 version and Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has Android 4.1.2. The Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) body is newer and a lot thinner, but also a lot heavier than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus.

Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) has a superior processing unit than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, because it has 2 more cores, an additional graphics processing unit and a larger amount of RAM memory. The Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) has an incredibly better display than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, because it has a lot larger screen, a way better 1600 x 2560 resolution and a way greater pixel density.
