IPad Air is better than Galaxy Note 10.1, having a 77.9 score against 66.3. IPad Air's body is newer, a lot lighter and thinner than the Galaxy Note 10.1. The iPad Air works with iOS 8.x operating system, while Galaxy Note 10.1 counts with Android 4.4 operating system. Apple iPad Air counts with a way better screen than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a much higher 1536 x 2048 resolution and way more pixels per inch of display.
Apple iPad Air features a greater hardware performance than Galaxy Note 10.1, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM and 2 less cpu cores, it also counts with a 64-bit CPU and an extra graphics processor.
