Comparison review
IPad 3 is slightly better than Galaxy Note 10.1, getting a 68.2 score against 63.2. Even being the best tablet device in our current comparison, iPad 3's body is just a bit thicker and just a little bit heavier than the Galaxy Note 10.1. The iPad 3 counts with iOS 7.x OS, while Galaxy Note 10.1 comes with Android 4.4 OS.
Galaxy Note 10.1 has a little bit better performance than iPad 3, because it has 2 more cores and more RAM. IPad 3 has a much sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a lot higher resolution of 1536 x 2048 pixels and a much better pixels amount per inch in the screen.
The Galaxy Note 10.1 counts with much more storage capacity for applications and games than Apple iPad 3, and although they both have the same 16 GB internal storage, the Galaxy Note 10.1 also has a slot for an SD memory card that holds a maximum of 32 GB. Apple iPad 3 counts with a really longer battery duration than Galaxy Note 10.1, because it has a 11560mAh battery size.
The Apple iPad 3 counts with a way better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, and although they both have a 5 mega-pixels resolution back-facing camera, the Apple iPad 3 also has a much better 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition.
The Apple iPad 3 costs a bit more than Galaxy Note 10.1, but you can get a better tablet for that extra dollars.
