Galaxy Note 8.0 has a score of 68.4, which is a little bit better than Galaxy Note 10.1's 63.2 score. The Galaxy Note 8.0 is a newer tablet, and it's also somewhat thinner and extremely lighter than Galaxy Note 10.1. Both devices in this comparison review use Android operating system, but Galaxy Note 8.0 has 4.4.2 version and Galaxy Note 10.1 has Android 4.4 version, so it provides some additional features and better performance.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 counts with a more powerful processing unit than Galaxy Note 10.1, and although they both have 4 cpu cores and 2 GB of RAM memory, the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 also has a GPU. The Galaxy Note 8.0 counts with a bit better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, because although it has a much smaller screen, and they both have the same exact resolution of 800 x 1280, the Galaxy Note 8.0 also counts with more pixels per inch of screen.

Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 features a much bigger memory to store more games and applications than Galaxy Note 10.1, because it has a SD memory slot that holds a maximum of 64 GB and 16 GB more internal memory capacity. Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 has a much better battery performance than Galaxy Note 8.0, because it has 7000mAh of battery capacity against 4600mAh.

Galaxy Note 8.0 captures much better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1. Both have the same video frame rate, a back facing camera with a 5 megapixels resolution and the same 1280x720 (HD) video definition.

Even being the best tablet in our current comparison, the Galaxy Note 8.0 is also very cheap compared to the other devices.
