IPad 4 has a general score of 70.8, which is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0's 69.2 overall score. IPad 4 counts with iOS 7.x operating system, and Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 works with Android 4.4.2 operating system. The iPad 4 is a noticeably heavier and thicker tablet than Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0.
Galaxy Note 8.0 counts with a little better hardware performance than Apple iPad 4, because it has a higher number of cores (and also faster), a larger amount of RAM and a better 1064 MHz graphics co-processor. The iPad 4 counts with a more vivid screen than Galaxy Note 8.0, because it has a lot higher resolution of 1536 x 2048 pixels, a larger screen and a greater pixels density.
The Apple iPad 4 has a very superior memory to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with more internal storage.
