The Galaxy Note 8.0 is much better than the LG G Pad F2 8.0, having a 69.2 score against 62.7. The Galaxy Note 8.0 is a a bit lighter portable tablet than the LG G Pad F2 8.0, but both have the same thickness. Both tablets we are comparing here use Android OS, but the Galaxy Note 8.0 has an older 4.4.2 version and LG G Pad F2 8.0 has Android 7.1 Nougat.
Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 has a bit superior processor than LG G Pad F2 8.0, because although it has an inferior number of cores (although they are faster), and they both have a 2 GB RAM memory, the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 also counts with a graphics processor. The Galaxy Note 8.0 counts with a bit sharper screen than LG G Pad F2 8.0. Both of them have a better amount of pixels per inch of screen, the same exact 800 x 1280 resolution and a display of the same size.
The LG G Pad F2 8.0 features a lot bigger memory to install games and applications than Galaxy Note 8.0, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the LG G Pad F2 8.0 also has a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 1,95 TB. Galaxy Note 8.0 has a very superior battery lifetime than LG G Pad F2 8.0, because it has a 53 percent larger battery capacity.
The Galaxy Note 8.0 captures much clearer pictures and videos than LG G Pad F2 8.0. They have the same (HD) video resolution, the same resolution camera in the back and the same video frame rate.
Although Galaxy Note 8.0 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the LG G Pad F2 8.0, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as LG G Pad F2 8.0. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Galaxy Note 8.0, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the LG G Pad F2 8.0, resigning some specifications.
