The iPad Air is much better than the Galaxy Tab 10.1, with a overall score of 77.9 against 58.1. The iPad Air design is a lot newer, somewhat thinner and somewhat lighter than Galaxy Tab 10.1. IPad Air works with iOS 8.x OS, while Galaxy Tab 10.1 comes with Android 4.0.4 OS. The iPad Air features a brighter display than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a much better 1536 x 2048 pixels resolution and a lot higher pixels number per inch in the screen.
The iPad Air counts with a much bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy Tab 10.1, because it has 128 GB internal storage. IPad Air counts with a lot better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, and although they both have the same number of cores, the iPad Air also has a 64-bits CPU and an additional GPU.
IPad Air has improved battery life than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, because it has an 8820mAh battery size. IPad Air features a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video quality, the iPad Air also has better video frame rates and a back-facing camera with way more megapixels.
Even being the best tablet of the ones we are comparing here, iPad Air is also a bargain compared to others, making this tablet a no doubt choice.
