The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) has a score of 61.4, which is just a bit better than the Lenovo TAB 2 A8's global score of 60.1. Both devices in this comparison include Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) has the previous 4.1 version while Lenovo TAB 2 A8 has Android 5.0 version. Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) is a noticeably heavier and a bit thicker tablet device than Lenovo TAB 2 A8.

The Lenovo TAB 2 A8 counts with a much better hardware performance than Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), and although they both have 1 GB of RAM, the Lenovo TAB 2 A8 also has a higher number of cores (and they are faster), a 64-bit processor and an extra GPU.
