The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has an overall score of 75.2, which is a lot better than Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1)'s 61.4 score. Both of these devices include Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has the newer 4.4.2 version and Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) has Android 4.1, giving a lot of extra features and performance enhancements. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 body is newer, notably thinner and a lot lighter than the Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1).
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has a way better performance than Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), because it has a higher number of cores , an extra graphics processing unit and a higher amount of RAM. Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 features a much sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a way greater display density and a way higher 2560 x 1600px resolution.
Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 counts with a very superior camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), because it has a way better resolution back facing camera and a way better 1920x1080 video quality. Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 counts with a very superior storage capacity for apps and games than Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), and although they both have a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 64 GB, the Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 also has 32 GB internal memory capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) features a much longer battery lifetime than Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4, because it has a 7000mAh battery capacity.
Even being the best tablet in our current comparison, the Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 is also very cheap compared to the other ones, making this tablet a no doubt choice.
