Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 has a score of 62.7, which is a little bit better than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7's global score of 60.8. Despite being the best in our current comparison, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 design is older, just a bit thicker and way heavier than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7. These devices have Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 has 4.0 version and Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has Android 4.2.2.
Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has a faster processor than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, because it has a greater amount of RAM, a faster 450 MHz GPU and a higher number of faster cores. Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 counts with a much better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, because although it has a way smaller display, it also counts with a much better resolution of 1200 x 1920px and a way better display pixels density.
Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 counts with a superior storage capacity for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 56 GB more internal memory.
