Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 has an overall score of 62.7, which is a bit better than the Asus Fonepad Note 6's 58.7 overall score. Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 is a a little bit thinner but notably heavier tablet than Asus Fonepad Note 6. Both devices in this comparison review work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 has an older 4.0 version and Asus Fonepad Note 6 has Android 4.4 version.
The Asus Fonepad Note 6 has a little bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, and they both have the same number of cores, the Asus Fonepad Note 6 also counts with a greater amount of RAM. Asus Fonepad Note 6 counts with a way better screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, because although it has a much smaller display, it also counts with a much higher resolution of 1920 x 1080px and a lot better number of pixels per display inch.
Asus Fonepad Note 6 counts with a lot bigger storage to install games and applications than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, and although they both have an external memory card slot that holds a maximum of 64 GB, the Asus Fonepad Note 6 also has 16 GB internal memory capacity. The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 features a very superior battery duration than Asus Fonepad Note 6.
Asus Fonepad Note 6 features a superior camera than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, because it has a back facing camera with a lot higher 8 mega-pixels resolution.
Although Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Asus Fonepad Note 6, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Asus Fonepad Note 6. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Asus Fonepad Note 6, giving up a couple specifications.
