Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 is a little bit better than HTC Flyer, having a general score of 62.7 against 58.7. Both tablets in this review come with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 has newer 4.0 version and HTC Flyer has Android 3.2. Galaxy Tab 2 10.1's body is newer and way thinner than HTC Flyer's, although it's also heavier.

HTC Flyer counts with a bit more vivid display than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, because although it has a really smaller display and a much lower 600 x 1024 resolution, it also counts with a just a bit higher pixels amount per screen inch. The HTC Flyer counts with a much better memory for games and applications than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, because although it has an external memory card slot that supports 32 GB smaller, it also counts with 24 GB more internal memory capacity.

Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 counts with a bit superior processing unit than HTC Flyer, and although they both have a 1 GB RAM memory, the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 also has a higher number of 1500 megahertz cores and a much better graphics processor running at 400 megahertz. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 features a very superior battery life than HTC Flyer, because it has a 7000mAh battery size against 4000mAh.

HTC Flyer counts with a greater camera than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, because it has a camera in the back with a lot better resolution.

Although Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than HTC Flyer, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as HTC Flyer. If you prefer to save some money, you can get the HTC Flyer, and give up a few features and specs, but you will get the most out of your savings.
