The Apple iPad Air is much better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), with a 77.9 score against 60.7. Apple iPad Air has iOS 8.x OS, while Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) works with Android 4.1 OS. Apple iPad Air is a newer and noticeably thinner tablet than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), although it's incredibly heavier.
IPad Air features a better screen than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has a much larger screen, a much better display pixels density and a much better resolution of 1536 x 2048px.
