Google Pixel Slate has a score of 79.3, which is much better than the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE's general score of 61.7. The Google Pixel Slate has Chrome OS operating system, while Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE has Android 4.1 operating system. The Google Pixel Slate is a newer and noticeably thinner tablet than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, although it's notably heavier.

The Google Pixel Slate features a little bit better processing power than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processor, and they both have 2 cores, the Google Pixel Slate also counts with a higher amount of RAM memory. Google Pixel Slate has a sharper display than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because it has a much better screen pixel density, a really larger display and a lot higher resolution of 3000 x 2000 pixels.

The Google Pixel Slate has much more storage to install games and applications than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with more internal memory. The Google Pixel Slate has a lot better camera than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because it has a camera in the back with lot more MP and a much better (Full HD) video quality.

The Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE counts with a very superior battery performance than Google Pixel Slate.

Although Google Pixel Slate is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Google Pixel Slate, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, letting go a couple features and specifications.
