Comparison review

Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 has a global score of 62.6, which is slightly better than the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE's 61.7 score. Both of these devices use Android OS, but Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 has 4.0 version and Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE has Android 4.1 version. Although Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 and Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE were released with only a couple months difference, Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2's construction is somewhat heavier but also somewhat thinner than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE.

Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 features a little sharper display than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because it has a bit greater pixel density, a higher 800 x 1280 resolution and a bigger display. The Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 features a quite bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 32 GB internal storage.

The Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 has a little bit better hardware performance than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, and although they both have a 1 GB RAM and the same number of cores, the Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 also has a better GPU running at 608 megahertz. The Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 features a bit better camera than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same (HD) video resolution, the Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 also has a lot better resolution back facing camera.

Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 features a battery performance that is very similar to the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE one, although the Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 has 3960mAh of battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.

Although Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, letting go a few specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
