Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) is a lot better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, getting a overall score of 75.8 against 61.7. These tablets include Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) has a more recent 4.4.2 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE has Android 4.1 version, so it gives lots of additional features and some performance improvements. Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) is a newer and much thinner portable tablet than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, although it's also extremely heavier.

The Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) features a superior hardware performance than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because it has a better GPU, a greater amount of RAM and a larger number of faster cores.
