Galaxy Tab 7.7 is a bit better than the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, with a score of 64.8 against 61.7. Galaxy Tab 7.7's body is just a little lighter and much thinner than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, despite of the fact that it was released around a year before. Both of these tablets come with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Tab 7.7 has older 4.0.4 version while Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE has Android 4.1.
Galaxy Tab 7.7 has a bit more powerful processor than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, although it has a slower 320 megahertz graphics processor, they both have 2 cores and the same RAM memory amount. Galaxy Tab 7.7 counts with a much better screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because it has a just a little better number of pixels in each inch in the display, a higher resolution of 800 x 1280 and a little bigger display.
Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE features a superior camera than Galaxy Tab 7.7, and although they both have the same 1280x720 (HD) video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE also has a camera with more mega-pixels. The Galaxy Tab 7.7 features a very superior memory for games and applications than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because although it has an external memory slot that supports 32 GB smaller, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory.
Galaxy Tab 7.7 features improved battery lifetime than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because it has a 5100mAh battery capacity against 4000mAh.
Although Galaxy Tab 7.7 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE. If you prefer to save some money, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, and give up a few specs and features, but you will get the most with your money.
