The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) is much better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, having a global score of 68.3 against 61.7. Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) is a much newer and thinner tablet device than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, but it's also just a bit heavier. These tablets use Android operating system, but the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) has the newer 8.1 Oreo version and Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE has Android 4.1, providing you lots of additional features.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) features just a little better processing power than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory and 2 more cores.
