Apple iPad Air has an overall score of 77.9, which is much better than the Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids's score of 57.5. Even though the Apple iPad Air and Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids were released only a couple of months apart, the Apple iPad Air body is noticeably thinner but also extremely heavier. Apple iPad Air comes with iOS 8.x OS, and Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids works with Android 4.1 OS.
The iPad Air features a better hardware performance than GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, and although they both have 2 CPU cores and the same RAM amount, the iPad Air also has a graphics processing unit and a 64-bit processor. The Apple iPad Air counts with a better display than Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, because it has a lot higher 1536 x 2048 resolution, a lot better pixel density and a way larger screen.
The iPad Air captures much clearer videos and photos than Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, because it has a back facing camera with a much higher resolution. The iPad Air counts with a superior memory capacity to store more games and applications than GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 120 GB more internal storage capacity.
