IPad 2 has an overall score of 62.1, which is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V's global score of 58.5. The iPad 2 counts with iOS 7.x OS, while Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V works with Android 4.4 OS. The iPad 2 is a thinner but a lot heavier portable tablet than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V. The iPad 2 has a bit superior processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V, because although it has less RAM memory, it also counts with a graphics co-processor and a larger number of cores (although slower).
The Galaxy Tab 3 V has a sharper display than iPad 2, because although it has a bit lower 1024 x 600 resolution and a way smaller screen, it also counts with a higher pixel count per display inch. The Apple iPad 2 takes a little bit better videos and photos than Galaxy Tab 3 V, because although it has a much worse resolution camera, it also counts with a much higher (HD) video quality.
Apple iPad 2 counts with a lot bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy Tab 3 V, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory capacity.
