Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 is much better than Galaxy Tab, with a general score of 67.2 against 58.6. Both of these tablets include Android OS, but Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has a more recent 4.4.2 version while Galaxy Tab has Android 2.3.3, giving you some nice extra features. Even though Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 is noticeably heavier than the Galaxy Tab, it's thinner and extremely newer.
The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 features a greater processing power than Galaxy Tab, because it has a larger amount of RAM, more processing cores and a graphics processing unit. The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 counts with a little more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy Tab, because although it has a little lower display pixel density, it also counts with a way larger display and a higher resolution of 800 x 1280px.
The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 features a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab, and although they both have the same resolution camera, the Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 also has a much better 1280x720 video definition. Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has a little bit better memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab, although it has less internal memory capacity.
Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has a very superior battery duration than Galaxy Tab, because it has a 70% bigger battery capacity.
