Comparison review
Apple iPad 4 is a little bit better than Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, having a score of 70.8 against 66.2. The Apple iPad 4 construction is thicker and much heavier than the Galaxy Tab 4 8.0. Apple iPad 4 works with iOS 7.x operating system, while Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 works with Android 4.4.2 operating system. The Apple iPad 4 has a bit better processing unit than Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, although it has less RAM, an inferior number of cores and a weaker graphics co-processor working at 400 MHz.
The Apple iPad 4 features a little bit better screen than Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, because it has a bigger screen, a lot higher 1536 x 2048 resolution and more pixels per inch in the display. The iPad 4 features a much bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 features a way better battery duration than Apple iPad 4. The iPad 4 counts with a very superior camera than Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, because it has a much better 1920x1080 video definition and a back-facing camera with much more megapixels.
Although iPad 4 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Galaxy Tab 4 8.0. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get the Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, and give up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most out of your money.
