The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 is much better than HTC Flyer, with a 66.2 score against 58.7. Both tablets in our current comparison include Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 has 4.4.2 version and HTC Flyer has Android 3.2 version, counting with a lot of extra features. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0's construction is notably newer, way thinner and notably lighter than the HTC Flyer.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 features a bit faster processor than HTC Flyer, because it has a higher number of cores (although they are slower), a much better 450 megahertz graphics co-processor and a greater amount of RAM. Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 features a brighter screen than HTC Flyer, because it has a quite larger display, a just a bit better count of pixels in each inch in the screen and a higher 1280 x 800 resolution.
HTC Flyer features a bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, because although it has a SD extension slot that holds 32 GB smaller, it also counts with more internal storage. The Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 features a little better battery lifetime than HTC Flyer, because it has 4450mAh of battery capacity.
The HTC Flyer shoots clearer videos and photos than Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 1280x720 video resolution, the HTC Flyer also has a back-facing camera with a lot higher 5 MP resolution.
In addition to being the best tablet of the ones we are comparing, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 is also by far the cheapest.
