The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 has a global score of 66.2, which is much better than the LG G Pad 10.1's 58.4 general score. These devices have Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 has the older 4.4.2 version while LG G Pad 10.1 has Android 5.0 version. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 design is somewhat thinner and extremely lighter than LG G Pad 10.1.

LG G Pad 10.1 counts with a processing unit that is very similar to the processor in Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, and although the LG G Pad 10.1 has lesser RAM, they both have a 450 megahertz graphics co-processor and 4 CPU cores.
