Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is just a bit better than Asus VivoTab, having a general score of 60.8 against 57.5. Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus's construction is way lighter but somewhat thicker than the Asus VivoTab, and both were released with only a couple months difference. Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus comes with Android 4.1.2 operating system, while Asus VivoTab works with Windows 8 operating system.

The Asus VivoTab counts with a better processor than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, and although they both have a Dual-Core CPU, the Asus VivoTab also has an extra graphics co-processor and more RAM. The Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has a bit better looking screen than Asus VivoTab, because although it has a way smaller display and a lot lower 600 x 1024 resolution, it also counts with a higher number of pixels per inch in the screen.

The Asus VivoTab has just a bit more memory to install games and applications than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 32 GB more internal memory capacity. The Asus VivoTab counts with a much better camera than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, because it has a way higher 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and a way better resolution camera in the back.

The Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus counts with a way better battery performance than Asus VivoTab.

Although Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Asus VivoTab, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Asus VivoTab. If you want to save some dollars, you can get the Asus VivoTab, giving up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most out of your money.
