The Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has a general score of 60.8, which is just a bit better than the Google Nexus 7's 59.3 global score. Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus's design is a little bit thinner than Google Nexus 7, but it is a little bit heavier and was released about 9 months before. These devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has the previous 4.1.2 version while Google Nexus 7 has Android 5.1 version.
Google Nexus 7 features a sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, and although they both have a display with the same size, the Google Nexus 7 also has a better 800 x 1280px resolution and a higher quantity of pixels per inch of screen. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, otherwise you can save some money and get the Google Nexus 7, giving up a couple specs and features.
