Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, getting a 62.6 score against 60.8. Even though Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 and Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus were released with only a couple months difference, Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2's design is heavier but also somewhat thinner. Both tablets in this review include Android OS, but Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 has the older 4.0 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has Android 4.1.2.

Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 has a bit better processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount and the same number of cores, the Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 also has an additional graphics co-processor. Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 features a bit better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, because it has a just a little higher screen pixels density, a larger display and a higher 800 x 1280 pixels resolution.

The Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 takes much clearer pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, and although they both have the same (HD) video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 also has a back facing camera with much more megapixels. Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus features a much greater storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus also has an external memory slot that supports up to 64 GB.

The Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 counts with a battery performance that's very similar to the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus one, although the Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 has 3960mAh of battery capacity.

Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 is not only the best tablets between the ones we are comparing here, but it's also a bargain compared to the other tablets.
