Comparison review

Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has an overall score of 60.8, which is a bit better than Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE's 58.8 overall score. Both tablets in our current comparison work with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has a newer 4.1.2 version while Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE has Android 4.0. Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus's construction is extremely lighter but somewhat thicker than the Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, and both of them were released only 1 months apart.

Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE features a bit more vivid display than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, and although they both have a greater number of pixels per screen inch, the Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE also has a higher resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels and a bigger display. Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus features much more memory to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, because it has 32 GB internal memory and a slot for SD memory cards that holds up to 64 GB.

Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE has a bit better processing unit than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus. Both have the same number of cores. Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus and Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE feature extremely similar cameras, both have the same video definition, the same resolution camera in the back and the same video frame rates.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE counts with a really longer battery performance than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, because it has 6100mAh of battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
