Comparison review

Galaxy Tab 7.7 is a little bit better than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, with a 64.8 score against 60.8. The Galaxy Tab 7.7 is an a lot older and a little bit heavier device than the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, but Samsung was able to make it thinner anyway. Both tablets in this comparison have Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Tab 7.7 has 4.0.4 version and Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has Android 4.2.2 version.

The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 counts with an incredibly better looking screen than Galaxy Tab 7.7, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a lot better resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels and much more pixels per screen inch. The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has a faster processor than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7, because it has a better graphics processing unit, a greater amount of RAM memory and a higher number of cores.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 features a lot better camera than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 counts with a quite bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 also has a SD extension slot that admits up to 32 GB.

So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Galaxy Tab 7.7, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, resigning a couple specs and features.
