Galaxy Tab 7.7 has a score of 64.8, which is just a bit better than Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation's overall score of 62.7. Galaxy Tab 7.7 is an older, notably thicker and much heavier tablet device than Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation. Galaxy Tab 7.7 comes with Android 4.0.4 operating system, while Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation has iOS 7.x operating system.
The iPod Touch 5th Generation counts with a much better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7, because although it has a bit worse 1136 x 640 resolution and a really smaller display, it also counts with a much higher display pixels density. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 counts with a better memory capacity for apps and games than iPod Touch 5th Generation, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 also has a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 32 GB.
Galaxy Tab 7.7 counts with a bit better processor than iPod Touch 5th Generation, because although it has a worse GPU working at 320 megahertz, and they both have a Dual-Core CPU, the Galaxy Tab 7.7 also counts with a higher amount of RAM.
