Comparison review
Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 is slightly better than the Galaxy Tab 7.7, getting a global score of 66.2 against 64.8. Both of these tablets use Android OS, but Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 has the newer 4.4.2 version while Galaxy Tab 7.7 has Android 4.0.4 version. Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 is a a little bit lighter portable tablet than the Galaxy Tab 7.7, but both are 0.31inches thick.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 has a bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7, because it has a better graphics co-processor working at 450 MHz, a higher amount of RAM and a greater number of cores. The Galaxy Tab 7.7 and the Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 count with very similar screens, because although the Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 has a quite worse quantity of pixels per inch in the display, and they both have exactly the same 1280 x 800 resolution, it also counts with a bit larger display.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 features a lot bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, because although it has a slot for SD memory cards that allows up to 32 GB against 64 GB, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory capacity. The Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 captures much better photographs and videos than Galaxy Tab 7.7. They have a 3 mega-pixels resolution back camera, the same (HD) video quality and the same video frame rate.
The Galaxy Tab 7.7 features just a little bit longer battery lifetime than Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, because it has 5100mAh of battery capacity.
Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 not only is the best tablets between the ones we are comparing, but it's also by far the cheapest one, making it a great choice.
